Features:
The SCM Mini Max ME25 is one of the newest Automatic Edgebanders. The ME25 is a compact machine which boasts features typically only found on much larger units such as buffing, scraping & 3mm edge processing (5mm Stips)! It's frame is constructed of high rigidity ribbed steel for guaranteed excellent support & structure. The control panel located on the infeed (Right) side puts all the operations within easy access. Using the numeric indicator, the position of the blade can be adjusted according to the thickness of the edge being applied. Glue is heated rapidly and evenly by the resistances located in both the glue pot and inside the glue spreader roller. The digital thermoregulator keeps the temperature set constant, even when the machine is in stand-by mode. The thick top steel pressure beam with rubber coated wheels features manual adjustment of top beam with auto-positioning of operating units. This bander has a panel support roller which can be extended to the entire length of the machine.
