My mother and I are selling our townhouse located in East Independence, off I-291 and 23rd Street. It is a nice two story unit that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath townhouse in the Highleah Community.
This community has several kid friendly parks and surrounded by walking trails (all maintenance free). Lawn Care, snow removal, trash pick-up, water is paid for and repairs are all taken care of by Highleah.
