Looking for a clean, convenient, quiet place to live for a month or two?

Then you're in luck. :) I'm a young professional (female) who lives within minutes of two subway stops, and I'm looking for a clean, quiet female to sublet the second room in my townhouse this March. If you need a place for longer than a month, the room may be available near the end of February and maybe April too!

I do freelance writing in the evenings, so if you're a party-er, this isn't the place for you! That's not to say I don't enjoy chatting over a glass of wine or beer on occasion...

FYI, no pets, no smoking, no TV (well, I don't have a TV... but you are welcome to bring your own!)

The rent includes the following:

-moderately furnished room (bed, wardrobe, closet) + small Parisian-style balcony
-utilities (internet too!)
-washer & dryer / dishwasher / microwave
-access to private rooftop patio
-parking space
-safe place to store bikes

The townhouse is a 5-minute walk to Lansdowne subway, Dundas West subway, LCBO, Loblaw's, Frescho, and is walking distance to Roncesvalles, High Park, Dufferin Mall, etc.

The room is relatively small, but the apartment is spacious. Just to give you an idea, this is how it is organized...

First floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom (no shower)
Second floor: Bedroom 1, bedroom 2, bathroom (with shower)
Third floor: Den (office), rooftop patio
