**Job Summary:**The Lift Maintenance Helper is expected to assist the Lift Maintenance crew with the maintenance of all lifts, with emphasis on mechanical function in the trainee status.

**Job Responsibilities**:

* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance of all lifts, with an emphasis on mechanical function in the trainee status.
* Inspects, cleans and repairs lift equiment as directed.
* Operates lifts for all mechanic doing maintenance work.
* Responsible for following VRI policy and procedure.

**Job Requirements:**

* High School graduate or equivalent.
* Must have knowledge of lift operations.
* Read, write and speak English.
* Must become tower-climbing certified through the company; must be comfortable working at heights.
* Able to work at heights.
* Previous lift operating experence necessary.
* Previous mechanical expereince helpful.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
* Valid US Drivers License and clean driving record, in accordance with VR driving policies
