Experience in property preservation is extremely helpful, though not required. Most of our job assignments include lawn cutting, debris removal, inspection photos, interior/exterior cleaning of vacant homes, backfeeding with generator (if house has no power), checking water pipes with compressor, and a variety of similar services. Generator (for back feeding and testing of systems and appliances)

Air compressor (for blowing out and pressure testing plumbing lines)

Lawn mower

Trimmer and edgerBlower

Trailer for hauling debris

Portable drill and bits

Supply of approved locks/keys

Chainsaw

Hedge trimmer

Limb and branch removal equipment

Cleaning supplies: brooms, mops, vacuum, dusters, bleach, general purpose cleaners, pine 

sol, cleaner, degreaser, etc.

Tools/building materials: Hammer, nails, screws, screwdrivers, saws, extension cords, 2x4, 

plywood, black duct tape, etc

HUD coded locksets and padlocks or ability to rekey

Computer with high speed internet. Laptop with wireless capability a plus.

Printer/Scanner

Cellphone to be utilized for communication of work orders and from jobsite

Digital camera

Snow removal equipment/sand/salt in applicable areas
