Change rooftop air filters.
Complete all paperwork and submit at the end of each route according to company standards.
Execute safe working practices at all times. Maintain a helpful, courteous and friendly disposition with customers at all times.
Each 160 route is designed to be completed in 14 days, working a minimum 11 ½ hours a day, weekends and holidays. Overnight travel is required. Pay for a 160 hour route is $2240.00 with 13 routes per year, approx. $30,000 gross per year.
A vehicle, lodging allowance, and gas provided by the company.
Be able to perform under extreme weather conditions.
Must be comfortable driving in multiple cities.
A clean driving record and valid driver's license are mandatory. A 3 year DMV report is required to process your application.
Related experience to include handyman, facilities, mechanical or construction experience. Must have a strong comfort level regarding heights and ladders.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Must be 21 years of age.
