Posting date: January 29, 2013 Summary: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of field service support, customer relationship management and providing statistical analysis to the customer. The successful candidate will provide complete services on Elemental instruments (ICP and AA Spectrometers, and ICP-MS) including installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and instrument qualifications. The ideal candidate is a Service Engineer with a background in Elemental products such as ICP and AA Spectrometers, and ICP-MS with knowledge in RF Generators, optics and computers.
