I need a person who can manage a small fleet. Who has great communication skills. Who can maintain record keeping. He will do walk around on trucks and keep up with each condition of the truck daily. Does not have a problem educating drivers when needed. He will have to change tires and maintain a shop. Must have his own tools. Having a CDL is a plus.
