The schedule is Monday 4pm-12am, Tuesday off, Wednesday off, Thursday 12am-8 am, Friday 12am-8 am, Saturday 8am-4 pm, Sunday 12pm-12 am This position will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the membership by accurately and effectively handling outages, trouble reports, and service complaints. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
