Requirements: MUST HAVE- Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Machinery Maintenance Experience Applicant should have at least 5 years experience in the machine maintenance area troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems and repairing production SMT related equipment. Also, should have a working knowledge of GSM, HSP, JUKI, DEK and other SMT associated equipment. A working knowledge of wire and ribbon bonding both manual and automatic would be a plus.
