Description: An established and growing truck repair facility has an immediate opening for a Truck Shop Supervisor in Fargo, ND. This role will be supervising around 10 Diesel Mechanics. The ideal Supervisor will have a background as a Heavy Truck Technician with previous supervisory/lead hand experience. This is a hands off position that will require teaching, leading, and mentoring the technicians as well as scheduling work and managing all the necessary paperwork.
