*Minimum 8 years experience with residential electrical work and troubleshooting
*Honest and hard working
*Ability to give estimates
*Ability to take direction well, little or no supervision, and primarily working alone
*Valid driver's license and clean driving history
*Good set of hand tools
*Professional attitude and communication skills 
*Basic working knowledge of the NEC and how to reference it
*Neat, clean appearance and drug free
