Adhere to guest service requirement listed above. Strive to achieve a minimum of 9.0 in Friendliness on JD Power scores. Assist with the goal of a 9.0 in Accuracy of Bill Validators. Adhere to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. Maintain cleanliness and timeliness standards established by the property/department. Assist in the training of department personnel.
