We are a service-oriented company aimed at offering Platinum Level Customer Service.We are offering the Service Professional a career that is rewarding and respected. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Exceptional communication skills • Able to work with a diversified selection of Residential / Commercial equipment such as: Air Handlers, RTU DX Package Units, Split Units, Heat Pumps, Ice Machines, Walk In / Reach In Refrigeration, Compressors, Motors, Duct Work, Thermostats, and Refrigeration Systems • Minimum of 5 years training and field experience • Possess valid Florida driver’s license with a good record. EPA 608 Certification. NATE / RSES certification is a plus. • Able to maintain basic job records and manifests indicating job assignments, and time records • Team-player • Able to pass drug/background check ________________________________________ Job Duties • Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency and/or preventative maintenance on residential / commercial HVAC systems and Refrigeration equipment. • Troubleshooting, maintenance and replacement of belts drives, filters, seals, motors, pumps, etc. for commercial equipment • Maintain necessary equipment and building system logs and records • Clean, lubricate and service a wide variety of commercial / residential systems • Overhaul and service residential / commercial air conditioning and refrigeration / pool heater units. ________________________________________ ________________________________________ Aside from working in luscious, beautiful South Florida with pristine beaches and heavenly weather, the right candidate will have an opportunity for upward mobility in multiple areas of the industry as well as bonuses and excellent benefits.
