We are an experienced couple in many aspects of residential and property management. My husband has 20 years of experience in related fields of maintenance,construction,interior design. He is Technically skilled and a craftsman. He is skilled in many trades. Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing,electrical,design carpentry and architechual drafting. He specializes in restoration and renovation of both commercial and residential propertys. We are both very good communicators and very organized, we are team players as a team and very creative. We are problem solvers along with self starters. I myself have 14 years of Hospitality experience behind myself and as a couple we work very well together.
