New Venture Christian Fellowship has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Technician to join our talented team! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of facility maintenance or groundskeeper experience. Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task successfully under pressure and deadlines, and have working experience with tools and grounds-related equipment. Assist in maintaining clean and safe facilities, able to work in a team environment, as well as independently at times.
New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County. REQUIREMENTS
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum three years facility maintenance or groundskeeper experience
• Preference given to candidates with large church related experience
• Team player with excellent communication skills, able to carry out verbal or written instruction
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to lift moderate heavy objects weighing up to 75 lbs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with attention to detail
• Candidates must be local to Southern California and available for immediate full-time consideration
• All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
