The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of facility maintenance or groundskeeper experience. Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task successfully under pressure and deadlines, and have working experience with tools and grounds-related equipment. Assist in maintaining clean and safe facilities, able to work in a team environment, as well as independently at times. New Venture Christian Fellowship is a non-denominational church located in the community of Oceanside, North San Diego County.
