wholesale mortgage lender in San-Fernando Valley, California. is seeking a Jr. Underwriter/Processor. This is an entry level position with the unlimited potential growth. At least 2 years of experience are required. Must be familiar with fundamental FHA, FNMA, FHMLC and generally accepted real estate residential loan underwriting guidelines and procedures. Must be proficient in Calyx, DU, DO, LP and other AEUs. Will be involved into processing, underwriting and shipping of residential 1-4 unit property loans under immediate supervision. The knowledge of Mictosoft Word, Excell and Outlook is a must.
