Seeking experienced manufacturing supervisor for a growing medical company in Longmont. We are interested in applicants that have exceptional communication skills, previous supervisory experience, and ability to handle any situation in a professional and acceptable manner. Responsibilities include: • Conducting daily work activates • Inspecting printed circuit boards when needed • Communicates quality standards and issues to operators and test technicians • Performs training and evaluation of employees • Works with area supervisor to plan flow of materials through department • Complete paperwork and documentation as required • Sets up and maintains machines and equipment • Enforces safety regulations • Responds to grievances accordingly and works with subordinates, supervisors, and human resources to discuss and eliminate problems. • Ability to participate and help promote team environment Qualifications and Skills: • Must have level 3 solder skills, and IPCA610 • SMT and through-hole component knowledge • Ability to identify part values and polarities • Basic computer skills • Must be able to lift 20lbs regularly and 40lbs occasionally when needed. • Must have HSD or GED Please email resume to andrea.cervantes@resourcemfg.com or contact by phone.
