Primary Responsibilities:o Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standardso Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairo Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all timeso Ensure that customer vehicles are kept cleano Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repairo Document work performed on back of repair orderRequired Experience:Ideal candidates will have:o Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals o Outstanding communication skillso Professional appearance and work ethic o Great attitude with a high-energy personality o Superior customer service skillso Two years automotive mechanical experience or automotive trade schoolo Ability to read and comprehend instructionso Ability to exercise good judgmento Valid drivers license and good driving recordRequired Education:o High school diploma or equivalento Must have technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification or successful completion of pre-employment testo Technical or trade school degree preferred
