We specialize on footwork, speed, pliometrics and agility.
We use a speed ladder, a resistance chute, medicine balls,etc.
The real deal, your son will sweat, but he will get better, faster, and more explosive!!! I played Pro -Football. I also compete in Powerlifting. As an undersized athlete, i had to push myself to the limit. ..... Thats my Philosophy... "Take it to the LIMIT." WE are ALWAYS safe! We strive to promote our kids to be the best they can. SUCCESS!
I will train individuals or a group @ duffner park (or any other park)
