• Learn Forehand Grip & Backhand Grip, solid ball contact.
• This class will go over and improve tennis strokes, while also working to improve consistency, placement of the ball, creating topspin, improving foot positioning. Introduction to volleys, building control on forehand and backhand volleys.
• Hitting forehand and backhand drill followed by fun practice game to instantly use your new skills in a fun point play game.
Main focus is on control so that students can quickly move to ralleying with a friend and having more
fun with tennis
