• Requirements - 23 years of age

• 2 years. OTR in last 5 years, or (Ken might be flexible on5 yr. period BUT exp. must be t/t)

• 1 year tank experience, or

• 1 year OTR plus approved school (140-160 hrs) – school & experience should be within the last 5 yrs. *if counting school as 1 yr. MUST have a clean history (no acc., inc. or tickets)

• 2 moving violations/3 years (none serious)

• 1 DOT reportable PREVENTABLE accident past 3 years-TOW ONLY NONE w/injury or fatality)

• Combination of any Preventable accidents or incidents and tickets limited to 3

• If they have 2 (or more) valid licenses we can’t proceed until they surrender them.

• No rear-end collision within last 3 yrs.

• No drug/alcohol offenses/5 yrs

• No criminal history involving violence or weapons (within last 10 yrs.)

     Hiring Area – TTI - Laplace, LA – Need 4 drivers; St Louis, MO - Need 10 drivers – PAY - Flat pay is now $.42 cents per mile empty or loaded, $16.00 Flat Rate   Load Pay, $22.00 Plat Rate   Unload Pay

No Per Diem, Need “X” Endorsement, 2 Yrs Experience - Home weekly, 5 day work week. Normally off weekends, can work with driver if needs different days off;  Pay – Varies by location, Sulphur, LA - 1.  Great day is 2 shuttle loads for Grace (Houston) - $210 per day / $105 per load, 2.  Good day would be 1 Grace load and 1 Chem Waste ($40)       $145 per day; 3.  Worst case day 1 Grace load - $105
