IL – 750 trucks, Van/FB Reefer, Mack, 10 sp; 70% D&H 63mph  Requirements: 1 yr exp, 23 yrs old, Paper Logs, counts military exp if stated on DD214, 10 yr work history, 10 jobs in 10 yrs; No DUI's in 5 yrs, Felonies in 10 yrs;  Hiring Area: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MI, NE, OH, TN, WI; NO NYC; Pay- (Home Weekly 5 ½ days) 6 mos – 35cpm (2700+ miles wk) or % of Gross – 6mos – 22%, 1yr – 23%, 2yr – 24%, 5+ yr – 25%; 40cpm loaded / 30cpm empty – Out 15 days/ off 3, then out 15 days / off 4 days; Sign On Bonus - 1. New hire can still receive the $1000 sign on bonus paid $500 on first paycheck and $500 on second paycheck. This is for the driver who needs the entire weekend. Usually gets home Friday evening and leaves out Sunday evening. Full 48 hrs at home; 2. If a driver is willing to just have a 34 hr reset: New hire can receive a $6000 sign on bonus paid out $500 per month for the first year. Stipulation on the $6000 sign on bonus is the driver has to be willing to just take his reset on the weekend or week days (depending on the weekly home time schedule driver chooses) and be available for 5.5 days dispatch per week. 15/4 15/3 schedule drivers can choose either sign on bonus, Bonuses are broken down in the attachment for further understanding.  Home Time - Home time schedules remain the same and drivers will get to choose the schedule they prefer to run: 1. out 15 days and off for 3 days, followed by, out 15 days and 4 days off days. Driver can choose either sign on bonus.  2. off 34-48 hrs sometime between (Monday-Friday) running thru the weekend. Off time will depend on the sign on bonus chosen. 3. off 34-48 hrs on the weekend. Home Friday evening and out Sunday evening on 48hr schedule. Home early Saturday morning and out late Sunday evening on 34hr schedule.  4. will consider a part time guy, but part time guys will not receive the sign on bonus or benefits.; Orientation – Quincy, IL – Monday, 3 days, Bus, Motel, - $300 Pay;  Current Hiring Needs - Need some focus on IA and SW MI, south of Grand Rapids and west of Jackson; Southern MO is pretty much full; Please note SW MI is back open, south of Kalamazoo, if have reefer experience.

Flatbed Needs - illinois indiana and western iowa areas, they can  run 35cpm or percentage up to 25% of gross.  Need some prev. flatbed exp. Regional - Live anywhere in MO, IL, IN, IA, S. WI(madison and south), pull van & reefer, primarily General Mills and Proctor & Gamble freight. Off on weekends, Pay is .35 cpm+ still get sign on and free benefits; Will consider a part time guy as well, but no bonus or benefits for part time drivers.  5 State Reefer Regional - Will hire in IL, IN, IA, MO, and S. WI(below Madison) IA area is east of I-35, and south of I-80, just nothing north west of the I-35/80 junction. Can be north of 80, if east of 35.  Home weekly and thru the house at least once a week.  Regular pay scales, very good freight. Proctor & Gamble – Iowa City, IA - 5 drivers - Home weekends and thru the house 1 - 2 nights a week.

Home 1-2 nights per week (do not promise more than one night) and off on weekends. Mostly drop and hook, will pull both van and reefer, Must have place to park truck, Avg miles are about 2200 per week, Suggest driver take % pay instead of mileage, % pay average $850-900 per week, Mileage about $750 per week, sign on bonus and free insurance. Chicago Local - live in the Chicagoland metro area have a place to park or park truck in Aurora, IL; Night shift 11 pm start work 14 hours.
