SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Business Unit Leader provides leadership to warehousing by developing and implementing short range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet the plant's vision, mission, and long range strategic plans. Directs and manages all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety, service, and people (associate development and morale).
