Conducts diagnosis and repair to field returned products in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting to the component level Leads and participates in process and product improvement initiatives to improve the quality of the end product & reduce field failures; conducts root cause analysis investigations. Provide technical support on all Dynamic and Invacare products via the telephone displaying professionalism and courtesy. Assist third party dealers and manufactures.
