At present we are NOT hiring drivers from the N. West U.S. or Florida We have need for company drivers and owner operator drivers. The benefit of being an owner operator/lease operator (lease purchase) is you are your own boss, it is your business and it is worked like a business. For owner operators/lease purchase operators we have paid dispatched miles loaded or empty. Paid base plates, permits and tolls. Layover pay, detention pay on per load basis. Reimbursement for tolls and scale tickets, fuel surcharge paid on dispatched miles loaded or empty, non forced dispatch except for dedicated fleets. Your choice of 5 operating fleets, discount fuel program, 99% no touch freight, same day settlements, assigned fleet managers, maintenance account programs. Pay is .91 + fuel surcharge. If you don't have your own truck you can lease purchase a truck You get a copy of all settlements broken down into detailed settlement deduction by deduction of income and expenses. There is direct deposit or EFS check for pay or advances. There are reimbursements for lumpers, tolls (except Kansas and Florida) and scales. You must have a good driving record You must have 1 year OTR verifiable expierence. Criminal background will be examined on a case by case basis. No drugs. We also have company driver positions that start at .33-.38.
