Great for snowbirds, skiers, writers, or those wishing to get away and enjoy the birds, wildlife and quiet yet in a country neighborhood. Fully furnished to include linens and start-up cleaning supplies. Nicely decorated like home away from home. We are looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and take care of our vacation home.

VIEWS of Sierra Nevada Mountains and the City Lights from your picture windows. Enjoy the foothill view on back pation while relaxing in the hot tub.

Enjoy your days at the local Casinos (one is a mile away) in the city for poker, slots and table games. Or drive over to Reno for the day or Virginia City and enjoy the old west.

Lake Tahoe is less than 30 mins from my vacation home for skiing, more casinos or to enjoy the lake.

Rates:
$150 nt plus ToT tax (10%) 3 night minimum.
$725 per week plus Tot tax.
$2,400 per month (less than 3 mos)
$2,000 per month (3 mos or more) ski or winter lease. (cap on utilities of $150)

Deposit is $500 (check whick is held and mailed back to you or cash, refundable)
Pet Deposit $200 per pet (refundable)
Clean Fee (optional) $100
