(Click image for full size) Cabin Rental on Ma-Me-O Beach We have a lovely little cabin at Ma-Me-O Beach for rent by the week during this upcoming spring and summer. It would be ideal for a young couple, or a small family. Located just across from the beach access at the main pier, you are only steps away from one of the nicest sandy beaches in Alberta! We are located on the South East end of Pigeon Lake, about halfway between Red Deer and Edmonton, and about 20 minutes west. The cabin has a queen sized bed in the loft upstairs, and below we have a living room/kitchen and bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped.. hotplate, micro wave, small fridge, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. There is also a t.v. with local channels in case it's a rainy day. A small sofa in the living room makes into a bed for the kids. The deck is screened in and the yard is fenced. Activities in the area include all the lake things.. walks on 3 km of beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, water sports, hiking, biking.. as well as several great golf courses nearby. The lake is great for kids because it is a very gentle slope and a nice sandy bottom. We are on the same block as the playground, which features supervised activities during the summer. There is a shopping centre nearby for any groceries or other supplies, as well as several nice restaurants in case you really need a break! This is a very small but charming cabin in a beautiful location for a summer getaway. It's ideal for 2 - 4 people, to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. We are asking $125 per night, or $750 per week plus G.S.T. based on double occupancy, plus $10 per night per extra person up to a maximum of 4. No smoking please. Our week starts with check-in Sunday at 2 p.m., and check-out at 11 a.m. the following Sunday.
