New, tastefully decorated, custom window treatments, upgraded carpet, three bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 1412 square feet, wireless internet, TV and DVD players in all rooms. Enjoy the comforts of home. The Great room has a full size sofa that converts to a queen sleeper if needed, loveseat and a comfortable chair to watch the 37 � flat screen TV/DVD player & Playstation 2. If you want to relax step outside the door to the Lanai and enjoy the views of the clubhouse and fountain. Have a family night and play some of the many board games available for your enjoyment. The Kitchen has all the conveniences of home. There is a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, tea kettle, full set of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, baking pan, food savers, and steak knives to prepare your meals. There is silverware, dinnerware, wine glasses, and coasters for eight. Glasses, first aid kit, hangers, etc. You can enjoy a home cooked meal at our spacious dining room table with seating for six. The Owners suite has a comfortable king size bed with a 27 � TV/DVD player. There is a large closet for your convenience and a large bathroom that is handicapped accessible. The Master suite includes a queen size bed with a 20 � flat screen TV/DVD player for your enjoyment. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 20 � TV/DVD player. No need to pack clothes for the whole trip. There is a full size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Pack light.
