International guests are welcomed; we make accommodation and work with you on unexpected flight changes. House is on corner lot with view of a near by lake from the back yard. The sun sets onto the lake, which is a beautiful sight like living in the woods from your porch; yet without the mass mosquitos that roams at the lake. At the same time, Disney and all tourist shops and restaurants is just 10 minutes from the community: House: -- 1904 Square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms -- Central, digital air-heat system -- Master bathroom has roman style glass shower and separate garden tub. -- Master bedroom: 1 Queen bed and walk-in closet. -- Two medium size bedrooms: one has two twin beds and the other has one Queen bed. -- Large kitchen with island and sit-in bar. -- On top of regular house amendities: dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer, and microwave are included. -- Private Spa package, for additional $100, on weekly rentals and $150 for monthly rentals. -- House phone not available unless by special request.
