Seriously, its amazing! BUT~ if you would rather stay in another magnificent resort in any one of Interval Internationals WORLD WIDE locations, you can trade your biannual week at the Welk Resort for 2 WEEKS!! AND you can bank that bonus week for the next year to ensure you get ONE WHOLE WEEK EVERY YEAR!! Like I said above, this property, that can be passed down from generation to generation with no fees or rebuy program, is COMPLETELY paid off! So what We have spent over $12,000 on, comes to you at a THIRD of that price!!!! WHAT???? Did I just SAY that? I totally did! Only $4,000 for a vacation spot you can leave your great grandchildren! Think of ALL the stories you can tell of the hours you spent in the Welk Resort Theatre, or dancing the night away in an all inclusive resort in MEXICO. Or even recounting the nights by the fire after a glorious day of skiing in Colorado!! All of those memories can be YOURS for 1/3 of its value!! What? Maintenence fees? I know those are ALWAYS so crazy high, right? WRONG! You only pay roughly $30 a MONTH ( paid biannually)!!! Insane ,right? Huh? How does the point system work? IT DOESNT!!! THERE IS NO POINT SYSTEM!!! The point system is corrupt, I tell you. The value of the 'POINT' can change, so the quality and length of your vacation can alter and suffer due to what they feel the value of a point is. But with this resort... you get what you get. No schemes, no points, nothing. A Week. So unless the government decides to change the value of a WEEK, your safe! Im posting this SAME add ALL over!!!
