My husband i are looking to sublet two rooms in our home. They are not huge rooms as they were our childrens rooms. The rooms have abathroom in the hallway before you enter the rooms.The bathroom is small have asmall shower and tub but perfect for someone single or going to school.The washer and dryer are free of charge as well to use. Were not looking to get rich were asking 300 /utilities will be includein rent. So three hundred even every month you will have acess to your own fridge as we just bought aside by side fridge and have old one that works well.
