A very well maintained 1997 Ford E-250 Super Cargo Van 3/4 ton, automatic overdrive transmission, air, captain seats, am/fm/cd, deluxe console, 4.2 litre V-6 engine, heavy duty trailer hitch, electric trailer brakes, 109xxx original miles, 2nd owner. I bought this van three years ago from an estate knowing it was used only for light hauling.
It has been meticuously maintained, driven average less than 10k miles a year. Never used for heavy duty work or heavy towing. Transmission shifts excellent. Motor runs like new. Tires about 65%, shocks replaced, brakes replaced, ac compressor clutch replaced, belts and hoses replaced, recent full tune up, lube and oil done every 3k, body has no rust through anywhere. Has normal expected wear but no damage, never wrecked. One of the nicest extended vans you will find for the money. Has been extremely useful to me but I just don't drive it enough to justify keeping it. The mpg isn't bad at 15 to 17 overall.
Also set up for hauling my Harley with a wheel chock mounted inside with 4 floor mounted eye bolts for tie downs. I also have 9 foot 3-section aluminum ramps for sale if you're interested in this van for hauling your motorcycle. Yes I can drive right up inside the van with my FXDL Lowrider. 25 miles from downton St. Louis MO.
