I'm looking for a t-top Corvette (any color) from 1968-1974 for $16.500 and under.

I'm only looking to deal with a private party within 100 miles from the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area.

Doesn't necessarily need to be a numbers matching car, but I need honest and open details about any/all restorations that were done to the car - too many bad experiences.  Must be manual transmission - no convertibles please.
