Feeling the difference is what Access Home Care and Hospice is all about!

Hospice is a holistic medical program that focuses on the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being of people with a life-limiting illness.  Hospice volunteers support the caregivers and family members involved with the individual.  Hospice care allows patients to maintain their independence and dignity, while providing valuable support for family members.  
 
Access is expanding in the Salt Lake and Provo areas and looking for caring, sensitive individuals who might be willing to donate 1-2 hours a week with end-of-life patients.  Volunteer acitivies might include companionship, music, reading, light housekeeping, yard work, errands, completing life histories, etc.
