Advocate for Long Term Care Residents (Ombudsman)

Advocate for residents of Franklin County and North Quabbin nursing homes/rest homes and help them have better quality of life. Ombudsmen visit residents weekly and make sure their care needs are being met. If not, they help individuals speak up for themselves. This is a flexible volunteer opportunity that will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to your fellow community members.
