• Are you at least 40 years of age?
   
• Are you a current or ex smoker?
   
• Have you ever been diagnosed with either COPD or Asthma or have trouble breathing?
   
• Do you have any significant heart conditions or diabetes?

If you answered 'YES' to these questions you may be eligible to participate in a research study. Qualified patients will receive
study-related exams, study medication, and study-related test at NO cost to you while participating in the study. You could also get compensated up to $525 OR $975 (depending which study you qualify for) for your time and travel expense.
