This is a call for volunteers to assist with the coordination and out-reach of/to public safety force agencies such as local, county or state police, fire, emergency room, military, etc. And, outreach marketing to secure backing from major corporations who have interest in supporting the agencies via public relations promotion on commercial radio in 3 markets: Phoenix (Maricopa and Pinal Counties, AZ) and Tucson (Pima and Pinal Counties, AZ) and in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina such as Wake. Durham, Johnston and Orange Counties in the Raleigh area.

Retired members of such agencies probably have a better handle of what the program is all about. Once sponsors are secured, there will be dollars available to pay for time invested as on a commission basis.

For public safety force agencies this is like looking a gift horse in the mouth...all free, good publicity will be broadcast. Not one word of bad news will get onto the radio as it does with newscasts, etc. We want to bring out the best in those who protect our lives and property daily. The stories of not only their excellent work (since many do know want to be known as heroes), those of their families, extended families, friends, neighbors, et. al. will be used. Bring into those stories of good Samaritans who just so happen to be passing by when a call for emergency and last minute action is needed.
