Disabled man, on a fixed income looking for donation of a liveable 12'x 40'--12'x 50' mobile home(OURS IS FALLING THROUGH), prefer 2-3 br 1 1/2-2 bath with at least 2 bedrooms on the same end. Small repairs (such as some wiring or plumbing) ok. Will consider mobile homes that can be paid out monthly IF $1500 or less Total, because I can only afford about $100-$150/month.
