CANCER PATIENT IN NEED OF SOME HELP FROM THE COMMUNITY!

My brother and I are trying to rebuild or get a free computer from some nice people out there in freecycle. We're also looking for an AC Window Unit and a Mini Fridge. I have a detailed ad below. Thanks for taking the time to consider and read the ad regardless of what happens after that.


My mother has cancer and she cant get on the internet to share emails, share photos and even keep up to date on Caringbridge.com, its a website where terminally ill people can share stories and inspire and keep eachother in good spirits. She had two tumors removed in her left leg, one by her knee and one in her lymphnode. She tried intensive 5 day inpatient chemo for three cycles but it didnt help. Now our only hope is that she can try a new clinical trial drug at Loyola Cancer Center and that she can live happily or by some miracle shes ok. I just want her to be happy while shes here.


If you have anything, anything at all, please let me know.


Also if you have a mini fridge or an AC Window Unit that would be great. Thanks so much to anyone that helps!


I can take broken computers or computers for parts. I can take just parts in general like hard drives, ram, processors, motherboards, cases, power cords, etc.


If you have a working computer or laptop that would be great as well.


My brother is a tech and can build pretty much anything.
