Please help me

I am a 70 year old woman in need of some finanical assistance , I would like to ask anyone reading this ad if they could find it in their heart to donate me one dollar in the hopes that i can purchase my medicine that i need to have , I have no insurance and $437.00 in pension and and this is not enough to pay my rent and buy my meds. I would appreicate any help anyone could find in their heart to give . I live in Poland Indiana, and if there is anyone who is kind enough to read this and respond, ,I would ask that you email me and i will send you my address . This is not a span nor is it any kind of a spam letter, I really need the help, Also if you by anychance send me the dollar please include your return address and when i am able and get a little better on my feet i will repay it ,,
