i need help getting medicine for my dog please

My dog is 13 yrs old and is in really bad shape with arthritis and she was getting regular vet care, however i cant afford it any longer, or the medications that was really helping her. If anyone has any prednisone or ultram (or both) that you do not need anymore can I please have it?  i can pay you for it, as long as its not to much.

I am doing all that I can for my sweet girl, but i lost my job recently so I cant afford the vet right now. Any help that you could give would be greatly appreciated
