We are hiring for an administrative assistant with accounting experience for 1st Shift in Leominster, MA.
8:00AM - 5:30PM.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years office experience. Must be proficient in QuickBooks and have excellent typing and organizational skills. Primary duties include updating and processing invoices in QuickBooks, providing customer service by telephone and e-mail, planning shipping logistics, and faxing invoices.
