Currently, we are looking for a Bookkeeper to be part of our team. This position will be Full-Time and Permanent, and the work location will be 85 Shawville Blvd SE #540, Calgary,AB T2Y 3W5.

The wage will be $ 29.00 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be x1.5 the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and/or 8 hours per day.

Job Description:

• Documenting daily financial activities and finalizing the posting procedure.
• Compute and generate payroll checks.
• Determine the value of fixed assets and assess depreciation.
• Maintain financial records and set up, sustain, and reconcile multiple accounts using both manual and computer-based accounting systems.
• Log entries into the journal.
• Generate additional statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
• Create tax filings.
• Verify and align account balances.

Job Requirements:

• Language: English is essential.
• Education: Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of working experience is required
