Growing US division of an established international company, is looking to add a Director of Payroll and Benefits to their HR team. Reporting directly to the SVP HR, this person will oversee a team of 5 and be responsible for administering payroll and benefits for 6500 salaried, hourly and unionized employees across multiple states. The successful candidate must have experience integrating new companies into an existing payroll system, creating PTO accrual SOPs, evaluating and administering new benefits options and strong knowledge of all reporting requirements. A Background in epay or JDE is strongly desired.
