computer savey i.e. Quicken, office Word

I have several properties and 15 furnised apartments and many of them are nurses that take 3 month contracts with hospitaso we have to write leases keep tract of tents, deposits,  and leaving, line up new tenants and basicly keep apartment occupied as much as possible, There is a lot of othe things but we can deal with those Item as we go along. The job is part time as we will start off at 4 hours one day per week (prefuly Tuesday) and take it from there.
