Job Description:

- Title: Administrative Assistant
- Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $ 25.00 per hour - $30.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
- Primary Work Location: 400 - 549 Howe St, Vancouver, V6E 0B6
- Secondary Working Location: 300 – 960 Quayside Dr, New Westminster, BC V3M 6G2
- Business address: Same as above
- Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours/ per week
- Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
Company’s Modular Flex Option Plan (such as group health benefit) / upon completion of 3months probation

Job Duties:
- Receive and respond to daily emails from students, instructors, colleagues, and management.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and messages.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Arrange and coordinate regular or special meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: Completion of a one- or two-year college or other programs in administrative assistant

at least 6 months of previous clerical experience for this position.
