Summary of what you will be doing are as follows
1. Books will be delivered to your home address.
2. A packing list and shipping label will be sent to you to pack the books in an order
3. You will take the box to any ups/FedEx store nearby

As I said earlier, it’s a bookstore and we thought of ways to get books across to our customers as soon as possible before using courier services

Over night delivery doesn’t work every time and we discovered we are losing customers so we decided to hire people who are close enough to where our customers are.
