We are Japanese style cuisine/convenience store/Gas station in Ashcroft, B.C and we are looking for hiring experienced Administrative Assistant, and I would like to look for a staff, who can handle our business paperwork.
Employer: Acer Business Consulting Corporation (o/a OK-Stop)
Position: Administrative Assistants-Office.
Vacancy: 1
Wage: 25.00 to 27.00 hourly.
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Working (Business) Location: 106 Brink Street Ashcroft, BC V0K 1A0.
Responsibilities:
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school.
- 2+years of work experience in administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
- Fluent English skill is required.
