Requirements

• Completion of secondary school
• Completion of college program in accounting, bookkeeping or courses in accounting/bookkeeping combined with related work experience are required.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience
• Excellent time management skill and attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Willing to relocate to Scarborough, ON

Responsibilities

• Maintain record of finances and stabilize different accounts manually and with the use of software’s.
• Keep a written data of account entries and clients.
• Create trials for balancing books, keep a record of client information.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Arrange cheques for payrolls, invoices and pay taxes and utilities bills.
• Submit receipts, payment forms, compensation forms and other official documents.
• Create reports regarding stats and finances.
• Record maintenance of income tax returns and companies’ expenses
• Providing reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
